Anderson-Berens Consulting
Services
Four pillars. Work is scoped to the operation rather than sold as fixed packages.
Book an intake call
Book an intake call: $250
A prepared working session with two of the team. Objectives and reporting boundary agreed, with a written scope summary within two working days. This is the paid first step for the assessment services below. If we have not spoken yet, start with the free consultation instead.
How it works
How to buy
This is how assessment engagements begin. Other work is scoped directly.
1. Free consultation
Thirty minutes. A plain read on whether an assessment is worth commissioning now and which service fits. If the answer is not yet, we say so. No charge.
2. Intake call
Objectives and reporting boundary agreed in writing. $250.
3. Data readiness assessment
A structured inventory across twelve data domains, each rated 1 to 5, with a statement of what is achievable now, what needs a collection cycle first, and how long that takes. $1,500.
4. Delivery
Scoped from the readiness rating. A fixed fee in a signed service agreement, not a range. No delivery work starts before signature.
Pillar 1
Impact Measurement and Sustainability
Measure and interpret environmental and social performance to support decisions a buyer, lender, or certifier will accept.
Carbon footprint
Level 1 is a farm-gate or company baseline: direct and energy emissions, principal supply chain sources identified and ranked, and a short report for a buyer or a project baseline. Level 2 is a full inventory including supply chain emissions, hotspot analysis, and a reduction pathway with targets. Calculations run in the Cool Farm Platform, where ABC holds certified adviser status.
Life cycle assessment
Level 1 is a screening study: one product, cradle to farm gate, climate impact, secondary background data. It supports internal decisions, buyer conversations, and a funding request for the full study. It is not sufficient for a public comparative claim, and we will say so rather than let you make one. Level 2 is a full ISO-aligned study, modelled in OpenLCA.
Certification landscape scan
Which schemes fit your operation, what each requires, what each costs by size and geography, and what market recognition each carries, compared across eleven dimensions. Two schemes $1,500, four schemes $2,200, open diagnostic $3,000. Once you decide, implementation mapping covers which certification bodies are licensed to audit in your country, how the audit sequences, and what documentation to prepare.

Plot mapping is referred to technical partners, and we do not file due diligence statements, which is the operator’s obligation.
